Best food cities in Europe - your ranking?

I am a total foodie and I travel mostly for the food! My personal ranking of best food cities in Europe: 1) Bologna (the real Italian food capital), 2) San Sebastian (tapas heaven), 3) Istanbul (incredible street food), 4) Lyon (French gastronomy), 5) Athens (fresh Mediterranean). What is your top 5?

I would put Naples at number 1 just for the pizza alone! The best pizza I have ever eaten was a simple margherita at Da Michele for 4 EUR. Also Copenhagen has an incredible food scene - not cheap but amazing Nordic cuisine.

Istanbul street food is incredible! The balik ekmek (fish sandwich) by the Galata Bridge, simit from street vendors, and lahmacun from local bakeries. You can eat like a king for 10 EUR a day in Istanbul.
